About
My background spans startups, HVAC, trades, healthcare, sales leadership, and operational problem solving. I like messy environments, because that’s where the real gains usually are.
Right now, a big part of my lens comes from advising within the Thirty Madison Ventures ecosystem, where the bar is practical: better people, tighter systems, cleaner execution, stronger revenue outcomes.
I care about AI, but not as a buzzword. I care about AI when it saves a team time, makes decisions faster, improves follow-up, or exposes what’s actually holding growth back.
